A Day in the life of…
Before the world wakes up, I’m already grounding myself.
The day starts early—5:30 AM, before the sun is even up. While the house is still quiet, I carve out space for myself. It begins with intentional grounding: reconnecting with my faith, my values, and the version of me that exists beyond the noise.
Next, it’s movement—weight training and cardio. For a little while, it’s me versus me. The world goes still, and I get to blow off steam, reset my nervous system, and remind myself of my strength.
Then the pace shifts.
Kids are up. Showers are taken. Lunches packed. The school drop-off hustle begins, followed by client sessions, emails, and a never-ending to-do list. Life starts moving fast—too fast if you're not careful.
And that’s where I want to pause this story.
Because if you’re not mindful, the days blur. You give, and give, and give… until one day, you look up and wonder when you stopped feeling like you.
So here’s my reminder:
Stop. Pause. Breathe.
Do something today that’s just for you—not the mom, not the wife, not the business owner.
But you, by name.
The you who had passions, hobbies, and joy long before she had titles.
The you who still deserves space in her own life.
Even if it’s just 10 minutes—do one thing that brings you back to yourself.
Not someday. Today.
Because the best version of you doesn’t come from running on empty.
She comes from being seen, nurtured, and remembered.
