Seamless Sessions
I handle the admin — secure video links, session reminders, and OON superbills are sent to you without you lifting a finger.
You save time and mental bandwidth so your energy stays focused where it matters most — your work, your relationships, your goals.
Growth Focused
You’re not just venting — you’re making measurable progress with a therapist who gets high-functioning burnout, decision fatigue, and the pressure of doing it all.
You leave each session lighter, clearer, and equipped with tools to lead your life with purpose instead of pressure.

FAQs

This is a no-pressure space to see if we're a good fit.
Your free 15–20 minute consultation is a chance for us to connect and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say—I’ll guide the conversation.
During the call, we’ll:
Talk briefly about what you're hoping to work on
Go over how I approach therapy and what working together might look like
Answer any questions you have about the process, scheduling, or fees
Discuss whether my services match your needs (and if not, I’ll offer referrals)
If you're planning to use out-of-network benefits, let me know—I'm happy to check those ahead of time or walk you through how that works during our call.
There’s no pressure to book a session. My goal is to help you make an informed, comfortable decision about your care.

You’re used to carrying it all — but in this space, you don’t have to.
Our first session is a chance for you to exhale. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, where you’re feeling stuck, and what you’re ready to shift — whether that’s setting firmer boundaries, easing anxiety, navigating a life transition, or simply not having to “keep it all together” anymore.
I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your story, your strengths, and your patterns — but this isn’t an interrogation. It’s a grounded, collaborative conversation. No need to rehearse or filter. Just come as you are.
By the end of our session, we’ll map out a personalized plan forward. Whether we integrate CBT, EMDR, or solution-focused tools, you’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a sense of what ongoing support will look like.
This is your space — no pressure, no judgment, no performance. Just care that meets you where you are and helps you move toward where you want to be.

Absolutely. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage, you’re welcome to use those benefits for our work together.
I’ll provide you with a monthly superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
You’ll simply pay for each session in full at the time of your appointment.

Most of my clients meet with me weekly, especially at the start of our work together.
I ask that all new clients commit to weekly sessions for at least the first 6 weeks. This gives us the foundation we need to build momentum and begin making meaningful progress from the start.
As we go, we’ll revisit what works best for you. Depending on your goals, I may recommend increasing or decreasing session frequency to fit your needs and pace.
My approach is solution-focused and goal-oriented — which means therapy with me is designed to be effective, not indefinite. Many clients meet their goals within 3 to 6 months and feel confident stepping away from therapy.
Others choose to continue long-term for ongoing support, deeper self-work, or simply to have a dedicated space to think, process, and grow. Both paths are welcome here.
