Hi, I’m Diann.
I work with ambitious women who look like they have it all together but are secretly running on empty. You’re juggling careers, kids, and responsibilities everyone else depends on yet inside, you feel anxious, burned out, and stuck in cycles of overthinking. You’ve tried managing it on your own, but the stress and self-doubt keep coming back. Every self-care hack leaves you feeling high levels of guilt and your previous attempts at therapy feel like there was no practicality or tools that you were able to use outside of sessions. You tried venting to your friends or spouse and feel like the conversations only ever circle, and you may be wearing them thin; you don't know how else to express yourself to your partner that you are at your capacity.
Therapy with me is a partnership, compassionate, strategic, and real. I blend the structure of CBT this is jargon, for we look at the thoughts that are exacerbating some of these symptoms and the way they impact your thoughts and feelings, the deep healing of EMDR this is just another term for really addressing some of the trauma that could be at play, and the forward-motion of solution-focused therapy because sometimes there are actual solutions we just need the support and the space of process to discover them.. Together, we’ll untangle patterns, shift beliefs, and build tools that actually stick, not just in theory, but in your everyday life.
This isn’t endless talking in circles. My approach is modern, trauma-informed, and tailored to you. We’ll laugh, process, challenge old narratives, and create meaningful change that frees up your energy for your work, your relationships, and yourself.
I provide services in English or Spanish understanding the complexities of Hispanic culture that sometimes could be at play in the midst of everything else.
